How will you make an impact?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a meticulous and results driven Sales Manager to lead the team in our Zurich boutique.

Demonstrating exceptional people management skills, you will motivate and inspire your team to successful results. Coaching and developing your team are key as we are looking for somebody that can nurture top talent and produce results through effective management.

With excellent organizational skills and a structured approach, you will run the business in a compliant and safe way. You will leave no stone unturned in maximising store performance whilst providing an outstanding level of service to your clients.

On top of this you will utilise your expert sales and negotiation skills, carving out sales opportunities with walk in clients and those that are repeat customers.

As a Boutique Manager at Watchfinder you are a role model for the team, leading the way to positive results and demonstrating a passion for our products.

 

People Management

  • Build high performing teams: Attract people with a winning attitude to succeed; develop and drive individual and team performance through an open feedback culture. Responsible for identifying top and rising talents and developing them in collaboration with HR and HQ.

  • Provide leadership and direction for the teams ensuring they have clarity and are enabled to successfully drive and support the overall company direction.

  • Set individual objectives and KPI’s, provide guidance and conduct regular appraisals of team members, ensuring the proper development of personnel and supporting the growth of talents

 

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • At least 5 years as Store Manager within a retail environment, luxury and watches or similar industry such as Automotive or Real Estate or Hospitality

  • Excellent in the ability to coach and develop your team, achieving successful results

  • Strong discipline and organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Client centricity mindset driven by a strong empathy

  • Proven track record within a target driven sales environment

  • Strong negotiation skills, ideally with experience in dealing with part exchange

  • Good understanding and practice of HR procedures

  • Experience in recruitment and selection process when hiring new staff

 

 

Hiring process commitment

1st stage: After your application has been selected, you will connect with our local talent team who will schedule a call with you to discuss the role and your experience in more detail.

2nd stage: Interview with the Country Manager & another team member to discuss your technical skills and experience further.

3rd Stage: Ahead of the final stage, you will be presented with a business case and request for an assessment to prepare prior to this interview. You will then present this to the Country Manager & HRBP via Video Call.
