Watchfinder

West Malling/Hybrid Working, KEN, GB

Permanent

Since Watchfinder & Co. was first founded in 2002, it has grown to become the premier resource from which to buy and sell premium pre-owned watches. With thousands of watches available from more than 50 brands, including Rolex, Omega, IWC and more, plus boutiques across the UK and a manufacturer certified service centre, Watchfinder has established itself as the top pre-owned watch specialist.

We are on the search for an experienced, manufacturing professional to join our accredited service centre at our central HQ in Kent to lead the servicing planning processes and continuous improvement projects across our UK and Spain locations. This is an exciting, brand-new opportunity for an experienced Production Scheduling manager to join the organisation and become an integral part of the continued growth at Watchfinder.

Key to the expansion this is an immediate need for a Production Scheduling Manager to support the teams, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling process to achieve production objectives for our network of service platforms. Reporting to the Global Servicing Director, the Senior Production Scheduling Manager will monitor workflows and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and identify and implement relevant KPI’s and reports to monitor activities across both locations.
