Our Marketplace team at our HQ in Kent is on the search for a Strategic Growth & Operations Manager to take the lead on Operations and Growth Initiatives in the UK, USA and Europe. This is a brand-new role in this team, where the role holder will lead the growth and sales operations programs for Watchfinder’s Global Market drive YOY growth.

 

We are searching for someone who has prior experience of developing and leading projects across business development, ecommerce and operations. You will possess strengths in project management, cross communication and obtaining buy-in from your peers. This opportunity will give you variety, and an opportunity to make a real impact on the evolution of the Watchfinder Marketplace.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Identify and develop Growth and Marketplace initiatives for 3P Sellers to grow revenue across a portfolio of digital platforms; the Watchfinder Marketplace and enhanced by partnerships and external platform integrations
  • Analyse Marketplace performance data and summarize causes and opportunities to create continues improvement and revenue growth
  • Develop and leverage existing internal and external relationships to prioritize Marketplace feature development to improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Leverage technology and ecommerce trends and create products and feature recommendations to prepare for future needs
  • Identify, own and drive operational improvements, define the operational improvement strategy and implement / drive tangible improvements; short term (hands-on), midterm (drive growth), long term (envision future of Marketplace)


How will you experience success with us?

 

  • Prior experience of leading projects within a business development, e-commerce, marketplace or consulting environment.
  • Passionate about process improvement, driving efficiency and leading transformative projects.
  • Passionate about the luxury industry, with a curiosity of the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) industry. (Nice to have, not essential).
  • A strong communicator, confident to deliver messaging and an influencer.
  • Expertise with using data to drive decision making. Highly comfortable with data and conducting analysis.
  • You’re happy to roll your sleeves up, find ways to overcome obstacles, and learn more every day.
  • The ability to think strategically while driving immediate execution
