This opportunity gives you a rare insight from some of our most talented operations professionals at our Head Office in Kent. You’ll get to learn all about how some of the finest time pieces get received and shipped across all our locations in the world. It’s a fascinating process, with lots going on, but you’ll discover all the techniques to take on this rewarding challenge.

 

How will you make an impact?

As an apprentice in our stock team, you will embark on a learning journey to understand the processes and procedures to ensure that all stock orders for our locations are processes in an efficient and timely manner learning new skills as you go. You will learn what is required to be a strong administrator within the department but producing stock reports, conducting analysis to provide insights to the wider business and maintain stock inventory in a perfect condition. Ensuring an efficient and logical organisation of all stock. 

You will also get the opportunity to be involved in some exciting new projects which will drive efficiencies for the business in years to come.

Apprenticeship Standard: Level 3 Business Administration

 

About you...

  • 5 GCSEs at grades 3-9/A*-D (including Maths and English)
  • Ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team is essential
  • Sound educational background
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
