Sales Operations Coordinator 

(Permanent Full-Time) 

 

How will you make an impact?

This is an exciting, brand-new opportunity to join Watchfinder as our new Sales Operations Coordinator. You will be integral in the sales and operations process here at Watchfinder, you’ll be the go between all operations to resolve live sales issues, chasing pending payments to unblock from our finance team and supporting the stock team to allocate alternative stock across our regions.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. This position incorporates sales support and requires the ability to serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal teams.

  • Work closely with the sales and stock teams in all countries to coordinate large stock actions, inventories and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Proactively solve any payment delays, including following up with the payment office to process payments or flag any pricing issues from the purchasing team.
  • Prepare weekly reports to monitor performance of various country teams, highlighting key findings to the wider business.
  • Query resolution and follow up as required by other business areas
  • Provide administrative support as required to support the department
  • Generating ideas and running projects to improve operational efficiency and embedding these within teams.
  • Collaborating with team members and sales managers to ensure the smooth running of the operational functions.
  • Supporting new starters with onboarding, equipment, and training.
