Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy around the world. In addition, it is providing new solutions to the new watch retail world, through its watch part-exchange service.

Our product team at Watchfinder is responsible for creating a short-long term roadmap across the many products within the product portfolio, that ranges from some of our omnichannel customer facing applications to the ones that supports our day-to-day operations.

This role at Watchfinder won’t limit you to a specific product. We are offering an opportunity for someone to work across the entire product portfolio, driving the product strategy with a customer-first mindset by providing vision and direction to the delivery team and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

As a Product Owner, you will demonstrate solid knowledge of the business and the customer needs, analysing market and driven conditions, influencing a product vision that differentiates and delivers outstanding value based on customer demands.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead product discovery sessions with relevant stakeholders to identify new products/features that can drive business growth.
  • Working closely with our amazing UX team to develop the right customer journeys using wireframes and UI Mock-ups. Translating user needs into compelling user stories, bringing the whole team along on the journey.
  • Develop, plan and manage backlogs using established prioritisation frameworks to maximise product ROI.
  • Work closely with our data and customer facing teams to extract valuable insights and end user feedbacks to refine the product backlog and priorities.
  • Be a trusted partner to business stakeholders and Development Teams; negotiating efficiently to reach good results whilst maintaining positive relationships and effectively influencing priorities of other teams/functions.
  • Show leadership in Agile to further develop in-house capabilities and best practice and be able to positively challenge old ways of thinking.
  • Work closely with our in-house Development and QA teams to execute the product development cycle maintaining good product quality


How will you experience success with us?


  • Prior experience as a Product Owner with strong expertise in building customer journeys either within the e-commerce or digital marketing. Preferably working within the retail industry.
  • You are an innovator who loves to create new ideas or new approaches to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • A natural problem solver who applies their expertise and determines effective solutions to deliver improved outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thrive on daily challenges across the wider business.
  • You will have strong analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends.
  • Prior experience of working closely with technical development and design teams. Inspiring them with a clear and inclusive vision.
