With thousands of watches available from more than 50 brands, including Rolex, Omega, IWC and more, plus boutiques across the UK and a manufacturer certified service centre, Watchfinder has established itself as the top pre-owned watch specialist.

We are currently on the search for a Product Manager to join our central Product Function on a 12 month FTC to start at the beginning of April. 

Our product team at Watchfinder is responsible for creating a short-long term roadmap across the many products within the product portfolio, that ranges from some of our omnichannel customer facing applications to the ones that supports our day-to-day operations.

The Product Manager (PM) has a vision of what should be developed for Watchfinder’s digital products and conveys that vision whilst helping drive Agile ways of working to the product team.

The role involves working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and proactively communicating tailored messages to different people about the product at any given time.


How will you make an impact?

  • Define, manage roadmap and end to end development lifecycle of Watchfinder products from discovery to implementation, ensuring business fit and customer needs.
  • Produce great quality functional and non-functional requirement documents for each project to deliver high quality products and features.
  • Align goals, tasks, and priorities with the Software Development Manager, and Data & Analytics Manager.
  • Monitor the progress of each project and resolve any issues which prevent the project from progressing forward.
  • Manage backlog and future product evolution roadmap incorporating regular customer and business feedback and market insights.
  • Track the ROI of each product investment through well-established KPIs and report to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all developments have clear communication as necessary with the stakeholders, management, and C-Suite.
  • Maintain a balance between building sustainable, high-impact product features and shipping features quickly.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Product Owners, managing the team, work, and reviews.

  • Experience of delivering high quality, technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Identifies innovations and leads test and learn experiments that create platform products that increase customer value of the platform product roadmap.
  • Solid experience as a Product Manager working with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of prioritising and making data-driven decisions on requirements and deliverables.
  • Strong business partnership ability, working closely with technical development teams and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong team leadership, with experience of mentoring and coaching
  • Passion for innovation, customer experience and technology
  • Deep curiosity, with a sharp inquisitive mind and the conviction, that true success comes from data-led decisions.
