Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy around the world. In addition, it is providing exciting new solutions to the new watch retail world, offering showrooms and boutiques which offer a combination of interactive and technology experiences for our clients to acquire or exchange luxury timepieces. We have launched in five new global territories including, Hong Kong, New York, Paris, Munich, and Switzerland in just over two years. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our International marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract at our Head Quarters in Kent. This opportunity with give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across several different channels in many different markets to enhance Watchfinders business objectives.

How will you make an impact?

  • Understand activity across all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) channels, including (but not limited to) paid search, shopping, remarketing, display, and social media, as and when the business chooses to utilise these channels.
  • Obtain the knowledge on how different markets operate, while observing and understanding what activities work best in those markets.
  • Develop strategic knowledge of paid media bidding, ad copy structure, keyword selection, and channel optimisations.
  • Integrating all different media channels to understand how one activation can operate across multiple channels.
  • Support with analysing, reporting and implementation of marketing activities. With the opportunity to identify opportunities, feeding back performance and propose actions to the marketing manager.
  • Understanding trends, both internal and external.
  • Providing contextual commentary and actions.
  • Work with various partners, both internally as part of the wider Richemont group and externally to achieve marketing KPIs.
  • Work cross functionally with our creative teams to gather assets to support a variety of different PPC campaigns.


About you:

  • Desire to pursue a media career, and a willingness to learn about the various digital channels
  • An affinity for the luxury and technology sector. With a desire to advance their career within the industry.
  • Previous experience within an agency, in-house or media owner an advantage but not required.
  • Degree educated, or some relevant marketing experience in either a professional or personal capacity.
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to test new ideas, has an appetite to think outside the box and challenge convention. You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You strive for excellence and can constantly learn new trends and new skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills. The ability to analyse and draw conclusions from data.
  • An ability to keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in digital marketing.
