We are on the search for an enthusiastic, Internal Controls Manager to join the Watchfinder Finance team. You will play a key role in providing an appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the company. You will ensure ongoing effectiveness of controls embedded in various processes and drive consistent application of control activities. The role will work closely with department leaders, finance stakeholders and wider global Richemont Group internal controls team.


How will you make an impact?

  • Conduct expert analysis into all Watchfinder internal procedures, ensuring that all processes are accurate and compliant by implementing internal group audit matrix
  • Perform the annual review of business cycles (documentation, walkthrough, and testing)
  • You will be partner with our process and control owners around the business to help process map all key financial cycles
  • Adapting and/or implementing group policies around all business processes
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new procedures with business process owners
  • Networking internally in order to fact find, understand processes and procedures adapting anything that needs to be changed to align with group policies
  • Liaise with external auditors, communicating with the internal group


How will you experience success with us?

  • You are a qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA)
  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience in internal audit (Big Four), or internal control system role
  • You have proven experience of business partnering with other functional areas and the ability to work in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope within a multinational environment
  • You can demonstrate experience of flowcharting, documentation, and business process mapping
  • You have excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and persuade others
  • You have a collaborative mindset with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and the ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions.
