HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role will bring your career to the next level by immersing yourself in a fast moving and rapidly growing business with the leader in pre-owned watch industry. The right candidate will gain tremendous partnership and experience at both UK and international level while contributing his / her financial management expertise.

 

He / she will be the key partner of the UK heads of departments & global marketing team to manage their financials, ensure budgets / processes are properly followed up, and offer valuable financial insights to daily operations.

He / she will also support global consolidation and various business analysis where necessary.

 


Marketing budgeting, planning, and reporting (50%):

  • Lead planning and controlling function of P&L and cashflow for UK & 1 international market
  • Drive annual budget, regular forecast and 3-year planning for responsible markets including system submission

Global marketing investment management & analysis (20%):

  • Partner with global marketing team to define, align and monitor budget on on-going basis
  • Analyse marketing spend to identify rooms for efficiency improvement

Global consolidation & Business analysis (30%):

  • Support brand global budget review, consolidation, and submission
  • Prepare business analysis to support decision makin

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Professional accounting qualification or University degree in Business Administration or similar providing good knowledge of finance and accounting
  • 8-10 years relevant FP&A experience preferably in HQ level of international online / tech / retail or FMCG business
  • Experienced in working with Heads of Dept and/or C-suite level executives
  • Attention to details at local level, willing to solve problem by going to the bottom of issues
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse operational aspects of finance and business
  • Expert in MS Office, BI and automation tools. Experience with SAP, Thinkcell, PowerBI, Powerpivot is a strong advantage
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English – oral and written
  • High degree of autonomy and motivation
  • Ethics, rigour and organisational skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, curiosity and a taste for challenges
