As an experienced EA, you’ll use your brilliant administrative and organisation skills to support primarily the CCO. You will deliver outstanding executive support to the Directors and wider Leadership Team, enabling them to focus on delivering the future strategy and growth of the business. You’ll partner up with the wider senior management team when necessary to provide essential executive, personal and administrative assistant. As a confident, forward-thinking individual, you’ll be able to adapt to ever-changing business priorities within a fast pace commercial environment.
Key Responsiblities
- You will proactively, accurately and efficiently manage the diaries, including the coordination, planning and confirmation of all internal/external meetings and video conferences.
- You will be responsible for tracking, replying and monitoring invitations for meetings and ensuring all are followed up; booking meeting rooms and ensure documentation required to support these meetings are prepared.
- Provide high-level project management and administrative support
- An efficient note-taker and multi-tasker, you will have undeniable ability to prioritise business objectives and have the confidence to make calls on behalf of the Directors.
- You will own all travel management; coordinating and booking international travel requirements to include trains, flights, cars, visas and accommodation
Required Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to represent the brand at all times.
- Excellent computer skills (All MS Office packages)
- Ability to type at speed and take notes
- Sound business awareness with an understanding of confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load.
