As a Watchfinder Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a world-class customer service and achieve sales targets in line with the ambitions of the Brent Cross Boutique.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Reaching monthly store targets (Units, Conversion, ATV)
  • Increasing customer feedback scores raised through trust pilot
  • Managing the end to end process from appointments and viewings to purchases and after-sales care.
  • To attract and engage with Watchfinder customers, as well as developing the existing customer base
  • Understanding the client’s requirements by asking open questions to engage and gather information, listening to their needs and getting the correct information to make the sale.
  • Continuously working to the Watchfinder client experience
  • Taking part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts, and all daily operations as required
  • Ensuring the Boutique is kept tidy, clean and welcoming at all times
  • To ensure all forms and procedures are used correctly and follow through to completion


Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 1 – 3 years prior experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories
  • Strong sales techniques and clienteling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
  • Sales and target driven
  • Proactive and with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required
