Role Insight

We’re looking for people to join the Watchfinder team that want to work in a fun and unique company, which takes pride in its exemplary customer service ratings.

Due to continued expansion, Watchfinder are currently seeking a Junior Online Sales to join our busy Online Sales department.

You'd be part of an exciting new venture, the development of our French entity! You'll assist our two senior salespersons for all enquiries and sales that are generated via the website / incoming call / social media from support to our paris boutique.

You're smart, flexible, and intuitive- a good reader of people and situations. You're diligent, well organised, commercially astute and know what a sales process is.


With your good relationship building skills, exceptional customer service ability; your one-time customer will become repeat clients. As your client base grows, so shall you...


Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Contacting customers via telephone and email to respond to enquiries submitted via our website
  • Support customers from the beginning to end of the sales process, including servicing and warranty related issues.
  • Negotiating sales of watches (Often with a part exchange involved) to secure a deal with the best possible margin
  • Managing ongoing pipeline of enquiries via a diary system to maximise conversion
  • Managing “live” orders post payment and dealing with after sales queries from your customers
  • Dealing with customers in person who visit the showroom to view or collect a watch
  • Answering to and supporting the business with translation queries and exercises


About you…

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in French and English
  • Experience in sales (watch industry is a plus but not essential)
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Positive and engaging communication skills
  • Results Driven and goal oriented
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload.
