Senior Sales Advisor

A dedicated member of the brand-new NYC boutique, the Senior Sales Advisor is the key role in achieving the boutique’s objectives and targets with a high level of autonomy. As the service to the Customers is at the heart of this role, ensuring a high level of listening abilities, attention to detail is vital to achieve an unforgettable brand experience for the clients and increase the sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will actively uphold operational excellence in mastering the Watchfinder sales fundamentals.
  • You will demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Support the Boutique Manager with the day to day running of the Boutique.
  • Achieves individual and team sales targets, KPIs
  • To provide training and coaching to ensure sales consultant achieve and maintain the above customer service standards
  • To provide support to sales consultant with customer complaints and challenging situations
  • To ensure the feedback received regarding customer service levels at the store consistently meets and exceeds the company expectations.
  • To actively encourage the team members to achieve their own, their department and their stores KPI’s

 

Qualifications

  • With your empathy and natural curiosity, you will offer an unforgettable client experience and build a loyal client relationship
  • With your strong experience in sales and passion for watches, you will be able to reach the sales targets and contribute to the team objectives
  • With your innovative ideas and never-ending creativity, you will contribute to pushing the boundaries and developing memorable events and client activation
  • Using your excellent structural and organisational skills, you will manage the boutiques operations following the procedures and policies.
  • A Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathetic  

 

  • You are business and results-driven and like to constantly challenge yourself
  • You have a strong experience in establishing and growing strong client relationships
  • You are hands-on, agile and able to take initiative.
