This exciting opportunity will see you join our Avery Row boutique where you will join a highly driven and ambitious team that achieves excellent results!

 

Providing a luxury service to customers, you will guide them through the sales journey handling any objections or queries in a professional and attentive manner.

 

With a proactive and driven approach, you will establish your client base which you will enhance through expert negotiation and confident communication skills.

 

A successful Sales Advisor at Watchfinder is passionate about our brand and products, adaptable to each individual customer and their needs, and always conducts themselves in a professional manner.

 

How will you experience success with us?

 

We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the continued growth of the boutique.

  • Corresponding to all customers enquiries via telephone or through our website
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish - Appointments and viewings to purchases and after sales care
  • Negotiating competitive prices of watches to secure a deal with the best possible margin (Also involvement with part exchange customers)
  • Managing your ongoing pipeline of customer enquiries via a diary system to maximise to fullest conversion
  • Greeting customers that are visiting the store or scheduled in for appointments.
  • Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book.
  • Opening and closing the boutique ensuring a clean and tidy working environment
