This role requires someone who is passionate about SEO and supercharging our organic search rankings. You will have a thirst for using data, automation and best practice to help make revolutionary improvements to the business. 

How will you make an impact?


  • You will take the lead in developing and implementing the SEO strategy for Watchfinder across the UK and USA markets 
  • Work with the wider Marketing management team to forecast SEO traffic and enquiries 
  • Define the best use of the SEO budget and work with relevant stakeholder on implementation 
  • Create and maintain competitor tracking reports to give insight into competitor performance and strategy 
  • Work closely with the IT/Development teams to ensure the websites are optimised from a technical standpoint 
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that existing content on the site is optimised; conduct Content Gap Analysis and keyword research where required


How will you experience success with us? 


  • We are looking for an SEO expert to support us in growing the business. Therefore, we're ideally looking for 6+ years experience either from an agency, brand or media owner background 
  • You are the subject matter expert of all SEO including, best practices and the ability to put processes and controls in place to ensure adherence to these 
  • You love all aspects of SEO & technology and love handling and analysing data
  • You could also have experience of wider digital marketing channels and how these influence SEO and vice versa 
  • You love web crawling tools as much as we do - this could be Screaming Frog, Xenu or Deepcrawl
