With thousands of watches available from more than 50 brands, including Rolex, Omega, IWC and more, plus boutiques across the UK and a manufacturer certified service centre, Watchfinder has established itself as the top pre-owned watch specialist.

Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy around the world. In addition, it is providing new solutions to the new watch retail world, through its watch part-exchange service. This service is being offered in selected Richemont Maison boutiques and external partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase client loyalty and facilitate new watch sales and purchases globally.

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will be a part of our growing Partnerships team, responsible for supporting B2B and internal sales efforts, project roadmaps of new partnerships and working with clients to ensure that all project deliverables are met and KPI’s are achieved.

We are seeking a candidate who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to risk new ways of doing things and the ability to see the world the way their customers see it. We're looking for creative problem-solvers like you, someone who can ensure Watchfinder stays ahead in the ever-changing, digital world of new retail.

 

How will you make an impact? 

 

  • Be the key interface and single point of contact internally and externally for all strategic and execution action plans for partnerships for Richemont partners, external partners for collaborations.
  • Running the partnership teams, coordinating with key stakeholders at Watchfinder (HQ/Markets) and the partner Headquarter’ teams.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Project manager on the coordination and progress of all new partnerships and internal Watchfinder stakeholders on the delivery of these projects. Some key areas would be:
    • IT Roadmap, including IT infrastructure
    • Partner consumer finance offering
    • Legal & Compliance
    • Marketing & PR Activation
  • Guide customers through onboarding and launching of the Watchfinder platform. Including, engagement, training, and activation in the regions.
  • Track, analyse and report on performance including, working with the partners to optimize partner results. This includes business analysis, and presentation of KPI’s and performance to management.

 

How will you experience success with us? 

  • Extensive key account management experience within a platform or subscription led business.
  • Ability to navigate and juggle multiple projects through complex HQ functions. A natural promoter for joining various departments together to execute the projects efficiently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analysis skills to monitor productivity. Ideally, advanced level Excel skills + other analysis packages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage, manipulate and analyse raw data and draw conclusions to findings
  • Innovative; at ease with the latest digital tools and trends 
  • Strong communications skills and perfect presentation to act as an ambassador towards our partners, clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Exemplary team working spirit.
  • 5 + year’s experience in a retail business environment or luxury brand business
