We are in the process of scaling up our SEO operation to handle our growth - both in terms of performance, and our expansion into new sites and new verticals. We are on the lookout for an outstanding expert in SEO! 


The role encompasses everything one expects from a "Head of" level position - accountable for the overall performance, strategy and management for all things SEO & Content.

This role requires someone who is passionate about SEO and supercharging our organic search rankings. You will have a thirst for using data, automation and best practice to help make revolutionary improvements to the business. 


What you’ll be doing…

  • Establish, develop and execute the SEO strategy for all websites, ensuring close synergy with overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to forecast SEO traffic and enquiries
  • Conduct Technical Audits and work with the IT/Dev teams to ensure the websites are optimised from a technical standpoint
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that existing content on the site is optimised; conduct Content Gap Analysis and Keyword Research where required
  • Create and maintain SEO performance reports, automating where possible
  • Use Google Analytics, SEM Rush and any other appropriate tools to identify opportunities and weaknesses


How will you experience success with us? 

  • Ideally 6+ years of relevant SEO experience, within an agency, brand or media owner
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to put processes in place to ensure adherence to these
  • Comfortable with all aspects of SEO, covering tech, content and link optimisation
  • Experience with 3rd party web crawling tools, such as Screaming Frog, Xenu or Deepcrawl
  • Experience of wider digital marketing channels and how they influence SEO and vice versa, specifically PPC, Affiliates and Social.
