Finance Operations Manager

 

The is a brand new and exciting opportunity for an adaptable and driven Finance Operations Manager to join the business and become an integral part in the continued growth at Watchfinder. Playing a key role in the Accounting team you will monitor the day to day financial transactions, project manage the implementation of the SAP Vendor Invoice Management and strive for continued process improvement within the department. You will be an experienced people manager that is decisive, supportive and used to change management. This varied position will see you focus primarily in three key areas; Accounting, Accounts Payable and Watchfinder’s Payment Office.

 

As a Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant with substantial experience gained in either industry or reputable accounting firm, you will drive and lead your team to excellent results, ensuring that high volumes of accounting transactions are completed in an efficient manner. Demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, you will be responsible for overseeing all day to day financial transactions including sales and purchases over multiple international legal entities. In addition, you will project manage the implementation of various SAP integration projects such as vendor invoice management.

We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the development within the Accounting department and the wider business.

  • Manage the effective processing, authorization and payment of all invoices (stock and non-stock) across our various systems in accordance with supplier’s payment terms, for all our legal entities internationally
  • Take ownership of invoice release strategy and release payments as per the pre-set timetable and authorization checks   
  • Fully responsible for all the intercompany invoicing, recharges, cost allocations, netting off and reconciliations
  • Liaise with Richemont Group for Intercompany reconciliations and recharges at international level
  • Ensure with IT that the ERP interface to SAP constantly evolves in order to reflect the changes in our business model
  • Identify opportunities to make the payment processes more efficient and streamlined and implement improvements
  • Actively contribute to the finalization of SAP implementation and payment providers set-up and enhancement projects
  • Act as control owner for your areas of responsibility in line with Richemont Internal Controls System
  • Be the point of contact and expertise for the business on all payments related to sales and purchases internationally
  • Manage your team to reach the objectives and empower each individual of the team
