Our current Software Development Team Lead has recently been promoted and our tech team is seeking a new team lead! Our previous software development team lead was a great success story, could you be part of the next?


You’ll sit within a team of 27 passionate and innovative tech professionals who provide the best and creative solutions for our customer across the globe. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.  


It’s a busy department, with several deploys from bugs to features. No job too big or small for the team.

How will you make an impact?

  • You love innovation you strive to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes to make things easier for others
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of object-orientated and service-orientated application development techniques and theories
  • You have experience with the following technologies - ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS/2+, Vue.JS, SQL
  • You’re a cloud aficionado, either worked with AWS or Azure, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.  


Your Journey with us

Due to the current restrictions around Covid-19, it's likely that all interviewing shall be done via Video Call software. Our Talent team shall help & guide you through these processes and how to get connected. For the successful applicant, we are adopting a WFH approach initially, with the possibility of returning to the office one or two days per week.


1. Application shortlisted, our Talent team shall connect with you to have an introductory call to discuss your experience in more detail and give you a full overview of the role and how it sits within the department.

2. Call with our Chief Technology Officer & Software Development Manager, this could also include a short assessment to complete if successful after this stage

3. Final interview with the CTO & HR Representative
