We are seeking a candidate who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to risk new ways of doing things and the ability to see the world the way their customers see it.

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to set up and lead a brand-new function in Watchfinder as a part of the wider Marketing team, and to take aggregators from the launch phase through to a fully-fledged part of our growth phase. Alongside launching and managing aggregator performance for our business, you will also own all our ‘affiliate’ channels.

 

This is a highly collaborative role, which will give you unrivalled opportunity to drive a huge impact to Watchfinders commercial activity!

 

 

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will:

 

  • Develop, execute, and oversee the overall Affiliate Marketing strategy, ensuring that it’s fully optimised and in line with the wider marketing roadmap.
  • Work with equivalent managers of other channels to collaborate on broader Marketing projects whilst ensuring, where possible, activity is aligned, and best practice is shared.
  • Provide in depth reporting, analysis, and insight to relevant stakeholders, highlighting the story behind actual and forecasted performance.
  • Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing and ensure all media activity is approved by our internal teams.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to plan all affiliate marketing activity for the business through budget and forecast process.
  • Take the lead on all seasonal and campaign planning, partner outreach, market positioning and branding across all affiliate channels.

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • You will be an Affiliate Marketing subject matter expert, ideally with experience gained within an online/e-commerce/internet led business.
  • Experience of dealing with and presenting to multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Organised with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information into concise recommendations and action for the company.
  • Extremely data driven with a customer centric approach.
  • A self-starter who was the ability to work collaboratively and at pace.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
