How will you make an impact?


This is an exciting opportunity to manage a highly driven and motivated team that continue to perform exceptionally well and achieve their targets, based at our Brent Cross Shopping Centre boutique.


As a manager, you are a role model and represent the Watchfinder brand with confidence and ambition. You are results driven and able to bring insightful ideas to the table to create a profitable and successful store.


As a leader, you will oversee employee performance and ensure that you are always guiding your team and supporting their needs. You are passionate about our products and the direction that the industry is heading.


How will you experience success with us?


We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will be vital in the continued growth of Watchfinder

  • Managing your new team by guiding and motivating employees to increase sales and drive store success
  • Coaching your team and monitoring performance through planning and development areas
  • Regularly liaising with the Retail Sales Manager to discuss, review and implement necessary changes to strategic or procedural planning
  • Ensuring that customer experience is tailored to Watchfinder brand standards
  • Coordinating daily meetings, appointment planning and reporting
  • Manage dressing the store every morning / packing away in the evening whilst ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and well always well presented


About you…


  • Experience in store management in luxury and high value products
  • Strong management experience, ability to lead a team or sales professionals
  • Proven track record of selling high value items
  • The ability to negotiate and experience of negotiating with part exchange, advantageous but not essential
  • Good understanding and practice of HR procedures
