With thousands of watches available from more than 50 brands, including Rolex, Omega, IWC and more, plus boutiques across the UK and a manufacturer certified service centre, Watchfinder has established itself as the top pre-owned watch specialist.

Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy around the world. In addition, it is bringing to market new solutions such as its part-exchange service and the Watchfinder Marketplace.

This is an exciting new position which has become available in our Transformation team. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the overall direction, implementation, and delivery of strategic and transformational projects for Watchfinder globally.  

We are seeking a candidate who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who can take initiative and drive decision making across all new global projects. We are looking for creative problem-solvers like you, someone who can bring a fresh perspective and critical eye to ensure Watchfinder stays ahead in the ever-changing, digital world of new retail.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic transformation projects and oversee their transition to BAU.
  • Take initiative and drive decision making.
  • Identify priorities to allocate project resources accordingly.
  • Actively contribute to a lean communication between key stakeholders.
  • Present and participate in status updates with the Executive Committee of Watchfinder.
  • Drive change management.
  • Deal and manage projects in a complex environment.
  • Organize workshops with key stakeholders of the projects.
  • Provide high-level views on projects and ad hoc topics.
  • Provide reporting on projects, topics or KPIs in a synthetic and actionable manner.



How will you experience success with us?


  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an international and operational environment. From a consulting/technology/Ecom/Project Management background.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement impactful solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders of any level, and the ability to work transversally.
  • Knowledge of process and value chain mapping.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of project delivery using a variety of project management tools & methodologies.
  • Dynamic and adaptable. Able to thrive in a fast paced, fast changing, and high growth scale-up environment.  
  • Well versed with all Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Languages: English, French is a plus.

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our Talent team will reach out to you within two weeks to conduct an introductory call.

2nd Stage – Video / in-person interview with the Transformation Project Manager & Talent Acquisition Manager. A business case will be provided ahead of this interview for you to present in this interview.

3rd Stage - followed by a final interview with our Chief Financial Officer.
