What do our Sales Advisors do here at Watchfinder?

 

As a Sales Advisor at Watchfinder you will play a key role in working within an inclusive and thriving team of professionals who are all striving towards the same goal of ensuring a customer always leaves satisfied with the excellent service given, a smile on their face and a new watch on their wrist!

 

This customer facing sales position will see you interacting with customers both in person and via the telephone you will be responsible for welcoming all guests into the boutique, introducing them to the culture of our organisation and ultimately ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered. Adopting a proactive attitude, you will develop your client base, managing the sales process from start to finish, booking appointments and viewings right through to aftercare. Negotiating competitive prices of watches, you will utilise your product knowledge and sales ability in order to secure the best margin possible.

 

A successful Sales Advisor at Watchfinder is extremely passionate about our brand and products, adaptable to each individual customer and their needs, and always conducts themselves in a professional and welcoming manner. Demonstrating vigilance and awareness, you will ensure that all security procedures are adhered to correctly, always maintaining the safety of our products.
