How will you make an impact?


We have an exciting opportunity available for a strategically minded Store Manager to lead our team at our Leeds based boutique.


As Store Manager you will possess superb leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring your team to successful results. Coaching and developing your team is key as we are looking for somebody that can nurture top talent and produce results through effective management.


Possessing excellent time management skills and a structured approach, you will leave no stone unturned in maximising boutique performance whilst providing an outstanding level of service to your clients.


Demonstrating excellent operational skills, you will be hands on in booking watches onto our system, processing returns ensuring that everything runs efficiently.


How will you experience success with us?


We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the growth of the boutique.

  • Managing your new team by guiding and motivating employees to increase sales and drive store success
  • Managing selection, recruitment and training all members of staff
  • Coaching your team and monitoring performance through planning and development areas
  • Creating and managing staff rotas so that cover is provided at all times. You will liaise with the Retail Sales Manager to arrange additional staff requirements
  • Regularly liaising with the Retail Sales Manager to discuss, review and implement necessary changes to strategic or procedural planning
  • Data entry – booking watches into the system which have been dropped off by customers in store, ensuring complete accuracy of model, serial numbers and other associated items.
  • Dealing with customers who visit or call the store to enquire or purchase as well as online customer contact
