How will you make an impact?


This exciting opportunity will see you lead our team based at our Leeds showroom, where you will drive performance and gain positive results.


In what is a unique environment, our showroom in Leeds operates by appointment only so you will be required to maximise on all enquiries and appointments, demonstrating excellent sales and negotiation skills


As a leader you will inspire and motivate your team ensuring that you are always guiding them and supporting their needs. You’ll be hands on with no task being too big or too small for you to deliver.


With excellent time management skills and a structured approach, you will leave no stone unturned whilst providing an outstanding level of service to your clients.


A Showroom Manager at Watchfinder is a role model for the team, leading the way to positive results and demonstrating a passion for our products and the industry.


How will you experience success with us?


We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the growth of the boutique.

  • Managing your new team by guiding and motivating employees to increase sales and drive store success
  • Managing selection, recruitment and training all members of staff
  • Coaching your team and monitoring performance through planning and development areas
  • Creating and managing staff rotas so that cover is provided at all times. You will liaise with the Retail Sales Manager to arrange additional staff requirements
  • Regularly liaising with the Retail Sales Manager to discuss, review and implement necessary changes to strategic or procedural planning
  • Data entry – booking watches into the system which have been dropped off by customers in store, ensuring complete accuracy of model, serial numbers and other associated items.
  • Dealing with customers who visit or call the store to enquire or purchase as well as online customer contact
