How will you make an impact?


This is an exciting opportunity to join our driven and ambitious team at our Leeds boutique where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a portfolio of clients and ensuring that an outstanding level of service is provided at all times.


You are confident and proactive, seeking out sales opportunities by communicating with your clients via phone and email, converting these into appointments.


As Keyholder you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store as well as overseeing the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.


How will you experience success with us?


We believe in working collaboratively and your contributions will assist in the continued growth of the boutique.

  • Managing the start to finish sales process from appointments and viewings to purchases and after sales care.
  • Negotiating competitive prices of watches to secure a deal with the best possible margin (Also involvement with part exchange customers)
  • Managing your ongoing pipeline of customer enquiries via a diary system to maximise to fullest conversion.
  • Greeting customers that are visiting the store or scheduled in for appointments.
  • Developing a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book.
  • Opening and closing the boutique ensuring a clean and tidy working environment
  • Responsible for managing the shift in the absence of the Management team.
