As CRO Executive, you will support our online optimisation and engagement process at Watchfinder, reviewing our existing processes and seeking opportunities for improvements that further enhance the customer experience. This role is key to the organisation, supporting the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, commercial activity and customer demands across the Watchfinder regions.

 

This is an exciting new role based within the Marketing team reporting into the CRO Manager, working with a new e-commerce platform and testing tool. Our broader Marketing department consists of a core multi-disciplined group of marketeers working closely with our in-house Data and UX teams, all of whom will be invaluable partners in shaping our digital experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct analysis of user behaviour and customer journeys on the website, identifying opportunities for optimisation and providing actionable recommendations to improve site performance.
  • Support the implementation of A/B, multivariate (MVT) testing and personalisation, to drive conversion KPIs across the business.
  • Fulfil performance reporting to drive insight on behaviour shifts, presenting to stakeholders where necessary.
  • Support the wider business with key commercial programmes by updating the website with new content, imagery and create campaign landing pages for optimal user journeys.
  • Fulfil competitor analysis that helps us provide a best-in-class experience for our users on site.
  • Develop and maintain user journey playbooks that help understand behavioural nuances between markets/domains and audiences.

EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Effective at building relationships within the Marketing team and across departments.
  • Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – specifically Excel.
