Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEO Manager to join us on a full-time basis. The successful individual must be able to travel into the office twice per week and will have vast experience in SEO.

This role requires someone who is passionate about SEO and supercharging our organic search rankings. You will have a thirst for using data, automation and best practice to help make revolutionary improvements to the business. 

How will you make an impact?


  • You will take the lead in developing and implementing the SEO strategy for Watchfinder across the UK and USA markets 
  • Work with the wider Marketing management team to forecast SEO traffic and enquiries 
  • Define the best use of the SEO budget and work with relevant stakeholders on implementation 
  • Create and maintain competitor tracking reports to give insight into competitor performance and strategy 
  • Work closely with the IT/Development teams to ensure the websites are optimised from a technical standpoint 
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that existing content on the site is optimised; conduct Content Gap Analysis and keyword research where required
  • Be pivotal in the strategic direction of our organic traffic acquisition, implementing tactics for sustainable growth in local and international markets


How will you experience success with us? 


  • We're ideally looking an SEO professional who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience either from an agency, brand or media owner background 
  • You are the subject matter expert of all SEO including, best practices and the ability to put processes and controls in place to ensure adherence to these 
  • You are passionate about all aspects of SEO, technology and analysing data
  • You will also have experience of wider digital marketing channels and how these influence SEO and vice versa 
  • You enjoy web crawling tools as much as we do (Screaming Frog, Xenu or Deepcrawl etc)
