Watchfinder is currently on the search for a Head of Region and Client Development for the APAC region. This regional role will see you nurturing and growing the client portfolio for Watchfinder, seeking creative opportunities to acquire new customers who are either searching to buy or sell watches.

We are seeking a versatile, commercial leader who is an expert of the region, is passionate about the Watches (especially pre-owned) and able to seek solutions and opportunities that support commercial activities.



  • Lead Watchfinder’s business across the region. Drive overall strategy, execution, operations, and growth of this important part of Watchfinder’s strategy.
  • Full ownership and accountability of the leadership and management of the e-commerce & operations, including the monthly P&L financial performance for the country.
  • Assess, nurture and growth the client portfolio of Watchfinder in the region in sales, part exchange and buying opportunities.
  • To lead by example in all aspects of the customer journey to ensure the region provides outstanding service at every customer touch point.
  • Drive sales & KPI’s across the region through strong analytical skills



  • Build high performing teams: Attract people with a winning attitude to succeed; develop and drive individual and team performance through an open feedback culture. Responsible for identifying top and rising talents and developing them in collaboration with wider HQ Functions.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the teams ensuring they have clarity and are enabled to successfully drive and support the overall company direction.
  • Set individual objectives and KPI’s, provide guidance and conduct regular appraisals of team members, ensuring the proper development of personnel and supporting the growth of talents.



  • 8 to 10 years’ experience heading up Client Development/Experience and Commercial/Business Development in a fast-moving luxury organization across the Asia pacific region. 
  • Knowledge of the pre-owned industry, either through professional or personal experience.
  • Strong Retail/ Commercial/ Omnichannel experience
  • Transversal project management or cross function working experience.
  • A strategic mind-set, with a well-honed eye for detail, comfortable with data and commercial metrics with the ability to articulate these to all levels across the organization.
  • Experience of navigating ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work transversally with other departments and countries.

 1st stage A ‘Let’s Chat’ conversation Initially with the Watchfinder/Richemont Talent team, when your application is selected, you will receive an introduction call to explain the main points in terms of this position, and to have a chance to showcase your motivation.

2nd stage A Teams call with the Director of Business Development at Watchfinder HQ in the UK

3rd Stage- A short task will be sent prior to this interview, which will then be presented back to the Director of Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer.
