How will you make an impact?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a meticulous and results driven Store Manager to lead the team at our Bluewater store.

Demonstrating exceptional people management skills, you will motivate and inspire your team to successful results. Coaching and developing your team is key as we are looking for somebody that can nurture top talent and produce results through effective management.

With excellent time management skills and a structured approach, you will leave no stone unturned in maximising store performance whilst providing an outstanding level of service to your clients.

On top of this you will utilise your expert sales and negotiation skills, carving out sales opportunities with walk in clients and those that are repeat customers.

As a Store Manager at Watchfinder you are a role model for the team, leading the way to positive results and demonstrating a passion for our products.

 

How will you experience success with us?

We believe in working collaboratively as a team and your contributions will be integral to the continued growth of the store.

  • Managing your new team by guiding and motivating employees to increase sales and drive store success
  • Coaching your team and monitoring performance through planning and development areas
  • Regularly liaising with the Retail Sales Manager to discuss, review and implement necessary changes to strategic or procedural planning
  • Responsible for merchandising the store so that all display cabinets are always full and presentable
  • Coordinating daily meetings, appointment planning and reports
  • Overseeing and assisting in stock takes
  • Overseeing and being accountable for cash handling and the tills
  • Dealing with customer who visit or call the store to enquire or purchase as well as online customer contact
