How will you make an impact?


This exciting opportunity will see you join our ambitious team at our Bluewater boutique, where you will utilise your strong sales and negotiation skills in order to achieve your targets.


Providing a luxury service to customers, you will guide them through the sales journey handling any objections or queries in a professional and attentive manner.


You will be driven and motivated to work cohesively as part of a team and assist in the continued growth of the boutique.


How will you experience success with us?


This customer facing sales position will see you interacting with customers both in person and via the phone, looking to generate sales whilst providing an outstanding level of service at all times.


Adopting a proactive attitude, you will develop your client base, managing the sales process from start to finish, booking appointments and viewings right through to aftercare.


Negotiating competitive prices of watches, you will utilise your product knowledge and sales ability in order to secure the best margin possible.


A successful Sales Advisor at Watchfinder is passionate about our brand and products, adaptable to each individual customer and their needs, and always conducts themselves in a professional manner.The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in continuing and/or developing a long-term career within the Watchmaking industry.
