Watchfinder is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team in the Cabot Place Shopping Centre, Canary Wharf!

As a Sales Supervisor, you are positive and enthusiastic to offer help whenever needed. You will ensure that your team of Sales Advisors are achieving their full potential and meeting all given targets. A successful Sales Supervisor inspires colleagues and drives success!

Duties will include, but not limited to:

 

  • To set and maintain high standards within the boutique with the customer always being the focus.
  • To lead as an example for the team at all times.
  • To step up to cover management duties when necessary
  • Manage your own/teams ongoing live orders and purchase orders to ensure customers are always updated as well as dealing with warranty returns
  • Develop and champion good internal customer service to Watchfinder HQ and other boutiques
  • To promote a culture of continual learning & development by training/upskilling team members in selling techniques
  • To ensure that stock levels are maintained in the boutique- no empty sections and all watches are polished and well presented.
  • To ensure that all policies and procedures are continually trained and followed at all times.
  • To liaise with the manager on rotas, team feedback and general performance
  • Deal with telephone and online enquiries in a timely manner as well as in store collections
  • Requesting positive testimonials from customers who have purchased a watch
