Role Insight:

 

Watchfinder are looking for a Seasonal Boutique Assistant to join the team in our Bicester Village Boutique on a 3-month FTC, to support the sales team and the overall operations of the Boutique during our peak period.

 

Joining us as a Seasonal Boutique Assistant is a great opportunity, whether it’s your first job and you’re looking to gain some valuable experience, or you have experience with retail and you’re looking for a new challenge.

 

If you have an interest in watches and are looking to expand your knowledge, this is an amazing chance to work with over 50 different watch brands and be a part of a passionate sales team.

 

We are looking for someone who is adaptable to each individual customer and their needs, and always conducts themselves in a professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration and operation tasks in the Boutique to support the sales team.
  • Answer incoming calls to the Boutique, assisting customers with their queries.
  • Assist with booking customer appointments & the booking in of PO’s.
  • You will be involved with supporting the Visual Merchandising duties of the Boutique.
  • Support on serial number and Box & Paper checks.
  • Support Safe Scans.
  • Support our in-store dispatch assistants with sending out watches and general stock control.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-centric approach – provide excellent customer service by offering guidance and assistance as needed.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Must be available to work retail hours (including the weekends).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to work efficiently under tight time constraints.
  • High levels of attention to detail to always ensure accuracy, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise your own workload.
  • Methodical and process driven in mindset and approach.
  • Collaborative approach to work with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
