How will you make an impact?

 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a meticulous and efficient Stock Control & Dispatch Assistant to join our flagship boutique at the Royal Exchange.

 

Playing a key role within the boutique you will be responsible for all stock coming in and out of the boutique, ensuring that you are accurate, precise and vigilant.

 

Using expert organisation skills, you will provide an efficient and streamlined service, ensuring that all stock orders are processed in a time critical manner.

 

Demonstrating excellent attention to detail, you will conduct stock audits using a meticulous and thorough approach.

We believe in working collaboratively as a team and your contributions will assist in the outstanding service that is delivered to our customers

  • Overall responsibility for in-store stock management
  • Process all stock requests and live orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • To support the sales team with all watch related enquiries
  • Conducting thorough stock audits, ensuring a zero-error rate
  • Identify any problems that may arise, resolving in an efficient manner
  • Ensuring the general housekeeping of stockroom and watches/boxes stored in the back office
  • Booking in returned watches
