Are you a good match?

You are dynamic, flexible, communicative and a good listener. You are passionate about Jewelry and High Jewelry, the Maison universe and art craftsmanship. You are comfortable in a retail environment while being in contact with both international and local customers. You are looking for a team spirit environment focusing its energy on clients’ needs and satisfaction. You master German and English and a third language will be a strong plus.

 

 

What are expecting from you?

Supporting our sales team in the Zurich Boutique, you play a dual role, ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes and providing exceptional client experiences at the forefront. You aim to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to our loyal clients, fully embodying and representing the Maison’s values at the highest standards.

 

As part of the Boutique team, your role will be to:

 

  • Support our sales team in every aspect, from stock management to the meticulous presentation of our Maison's creations.

  • Handle both client-facing and back-office activities while contributing to our esteemed Maison Client Experience,

  • Welcome clients, manage stock and client service flows,

  • Assist in event organization by promoting our image of refinement, elegance, and innovation.
