Role Overview

 

The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director of the Van Cleef & Arpels in the overall management and enhancement of the boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams, and reaching a sustainable high quality of serviceAs an Assistant Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison for the VCA team. This role will report to the Boutique Director and is based out of Toronto, Canada

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Director in planning and directing the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique and help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching on the floor and maintaining proper coverage by optimal scheduling
  • Provide excellent customer service, nurture the team, and elevate the shop experience to support sales growth
  • Support and guide the team in all aspects of operations, including policy and procedure and corporate directives
  • Responsible for liaising with the corporate office on stock levels, CRM initiatives and Operations
  • Represent the Maison as an ambassador, network within the community, show perfect knowledge of the back-office operations and ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three to Four years of working in management in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Ability to elevate client experiences and nurture client relationships
  • Ability to provide solutions to client’s needs
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
