What are we expecting from you?

The Retail Manager’s mission is to develop and maximize the retail business both from short-term to long-term perspective and to create the optimum retail organization.

  • You will develop and maximize the retail business both from short-term to long-term perspective.
  • You will closely work with and facilitate boutique management to formulate, execute, monitor and fulfil the boutique business priorities, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative objectives are achieved.
  • You will sponsor boutique talent management.
  • You will take a lead to evolve boutique operations while ensuring quality client experiences.
  • You will maintain long-term relationship with department stores and external partners, by leading the business negotiation concerning terms and conditions, and promoting collaborations over Gaisho business and fairs.
