What are we expecting from you?

The Retail Manager will develop and maximize the retail business by leading and empowering the retail sales team to create a thriving retail mindset, proactively contributing to the strong business growth.

  • You will execute BTQ business strategy and own mid/long term business result, and achieve sales target by analyzing, acting on sales forecast/KPIs, whilst pushing for collaboration cross-functionally.
  • You will build a business plan to maintain a long-term relationship and lead local business negotiation with department stores, and promote High Jewelry fairs and other events.
  • You will work closely with Boutique Managers to ensure smooth boutique operation, improve client experience, and contribute to top results in VCA barometer and Guest Experience Feedback.
  • You will monitor staff performance with key indicators and promote boutique staff learning and development in collaboration with the Boutique Managers, Training team, and HR.
