Do you match with the profile?

  • Do you have prior experience in Supply Chain / Sales Administration / Logistic field, preferably in a luxury retail business?
  • Do you have advanced skills in Excel, BI Analysis, and SAP tools?
  • Are you passionate about the luxury retail industry?
  • Are you at ease at muti-tasking, priority management, and managing urgent situation?
  • Are you a good team player with excellent spoken & written communication skills?
  • Do you have native Japanese & business fluency level English?

What are we expecting from you?

The Operations & Distribution Coordinator will handle all the export coordination between local logistic team and other markets as well as the distribution from logistics to boutiques, and the process of Employee Sales.

  • You will coordinate all the export process according to Central & Local Marketing / Supply Chain / Planification teams’ directives.
  • You will execute products transfer request.
  • You will coordinate the process of Employee Sales.
  • You will support Order Management and SAP Master Data Management.
  • You will provide an administrative support to the Operations Team.
