What are we expecting from you?
Event Planner’s mission is to plan and execute out-store events and projects. Whole work is dedicated to creating highly qualitative “Van Cleef & Arpels experience” and to achieve brand image enhancement.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Plan and implement department store fairs, high jewelry dinner, commercial events, PR events, popup boutiques in cross-functional coordination with other teams and Paris HQ
- Effectively supervise suppliers and agencies
- Organize all logistics required for events effectively
- Control cost estimation and budget for each project
