What are we expecting from you?
The Event Assistant Manager’s mission is to plan and execute out-store events and projects, whilst supporting and assisting the Event Manager. Whole work is dedicated to create highly qualitative “Van Cleef & Arpels experience” and to achieve brand image enhancement.
- You will plan events from start to end according to requirements, and analyze the events success and provide post-events report.
- You will oversee client/guest experiences from conception through post-event review.
- You will organize and manage all event’s details (e.g., budget, rundown, layout & décor etc.)
