What are we expecting from you?
The Customer Service Coordinator will mainly be responsible for the inquiries from boutiques, CRC (customer relation center) and CS platform. He/she will handle after sales, stock maintenance, and straps in coordination with Atelier for smooth repair operations.
- You will develop strong collaboration between Atelier and Maison to provide the best customer experience satisfaction
- You will follow up repair status, inquiries, and complaints received in the Boutiques/CRC/Atelier.
- You will plan, lead and implement new guideline to improve the repair service.
- You will participate and organize the CS related community and training.
