What are we expecting from you?

The Client Services Coordinator will mainly be responsible for the inquiries from boutiques, CRC (Customer Relation Center) and CS platform. He/she will handle after sales, stock maintenance, and straps in coordination with Atelier for smooth repair operations.

• You will follow up repair status and inquiries from Boutiques/CRC/Atelier.
• You will develop strong collaboration between Atelier and Maison to provide the best client experience satisfaction.
• You will control CS standard locally in line with HQ’s guideline, monitor client services level in stores and repair level in the platform.
• You will plan, lead and implement new guidelines to improve the repair service.
• You will participate in and organize the CS related community and training.
