What are we expecting from you?
The Retail Director works closely with Managing Director and in coordination with the other local departments. You will supervise the commercial strategy, monitors its implementation and the fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the strategic plan for existing and new retail projects. You will be responsible for:
- Supervise the commercial strategy, monitors its implementation and the fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the strategic plan for retail projects, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Work on the yearly plan to outline and define growth and development of the retail business.
- Make sure the Service charter is implemented to Ensure high level and consistency in service quality.
- Ensure total compliance of boutique operations with Richemont group rules and VCA rules.
- Ensure boutique environment & VM are kept with impeccable conditions & in line with company’s standard.
- Ensure the team’s motivation, performance and good understanding of Maison’s strategy.
- Identify “talents” and roll out retention and development program.
- Develop a solid business network to catch relevant market information on projects to be developed, potential locations that could fit VCA development plans, information on competitor’s sales.
- Oversee and provide strategic visions to the retail support functions (e.g. Client Development, High Jewelry, Store Planning, Training) to ensure business alignment.
