The role of the Boutique Manager is in charge innovating sales/ CRM/ training strategy to lead the boutique team to achieve daily and high jewelry sales target, while enforcing daily operation efficiency in both front and back office. Meanwhile, one must aim to communicate overall brand message in alignment with Maison focus and policies.
Sales/ Operations
•To achieve or surpass quarterly/ yearly sales targets and lead the team to acquire new clients
•Travel for events and trainings, visit clients and attend functions to entertain clients
•To be able to sell HJ and lead the team to sell HJ for target achievement
Management:
•To train/ coach boutique staff and take care of the recruitment, staff evaluation and development of the team
•To ensure team respect the brand’s policies and guidelines – grooming & behavior
•To ensure the boutique is maintained in perfect condition
•To prioritize, plan, delegate and adapt to business needs
•To manage front and back-office operations and to organize daily briefing and monthly meetings to give objectives, share information and foster team spirit
Customer Relations Management:
•To continuously build strong customer relationship and loyalty, and to treat the customer according to brand’s standards
•To acquire a relevant customer database, convert into sales transaction and retain the customer for future transactions.
•To ensure a consistent, quality boutique experience for clients
After Sale Service:
•To implement brand’s service strategy
•To handle all customer’s enquiries and complaints
