What do we expect from you?


Your main mission when joining the Maison as the Deputy Boutique Manager is to assist the Boutique Manager in developing and managing the team so that they can achieve sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each clientele with respect to Van Cleef & Arpels’ spirit and heritage. With a team of direct reports, you will support the Boutique operations by driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, maximizing profits, coaching and mentoring boutique staff and safeguarding of company assets. You will support the boutique sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement for every client. You will provide exceptional levels of service both to your internal colleagues and to our clients.  You will have experience developing positive relationship with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns and also work to maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation. Your role with us will be imperative to ensuring we continue to provide the exceptional experience we have become known for.
