What do we expect from you?

 

Your main mission when joining the Maison as Boutique Manager will be to be responsible for the smooth operation of the boutique operations by driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, maximizing profits, coaching and mentoring boutique staff and safeguarding of company assets. You will support the boutique sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement for every client. You will provide exceptional levels of service both to your internal colleagues and to our clients.  In this role you will be responsible for controlling all boutique expenses within budget guidelines as well as create and manage shift schedules and prepare, coordinate and ensure a complete and accurate inventories at all times. You will have experience developing positive relationship with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns and also work to maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through teambuilding and motivation. Your role with us will be imperative to ensuring we continue to provide the exceptional experience we have become known for.
