What do we expect from you?


Based in Sydney, this role is a key player of the ambitious development plan of Van Cleef & Arpels in Australia, the Retail Manager is in charge of supervising operations, of consolidating and developing the productivity of retail network. He/she, manages the boutique teams and their performance in Australia in line with the
Maison strategic plan, ensuring long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved.


Under the supervision of the Country Manager, the Retail Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets (commercial strategy, HJ development), increasing brand awareness through client outreach, growing customer loyalty, monitoring and reviewing performance of store teams,
identifying staff performance improvement of KPIs and career development. 


You will supervise the Boutique Managers and the day–to–day activity of the retail networkm, whilst implementing a 360 Boutique action plans (including CRM and training), controling implementation as well as the measuring of the qualitative performance (customer satisfaction, Mystery Shopping/ Client Satisfaction Barometer).

You will be in charge of the boutiques operating budget, retail operations, network animation, human resource management and image standard maintenance, collaborating closely with SEA & Australia Retail team colleagues and Marketing Department.


Most importantly, you will act as a team Leader, and Maison Ambassador while embodying the values of the brand and excellence of service standards.
