Are you a good match?

You have a significant experience in high performance High Jewelry clienteling as well as a deep understanding of client experience. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating within a team. You have leadership experience and proven abilities to inspire and support a sales team.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Based in the Flagship Boutique, the High Jewelry Manager is a key business contributor, leading by example, and participating in developing and supporting the team members by actively driving High Jewelry & High Ticket sales performance. By supporting the team and Boutique leadership to maximize the business performance, developing and sharing tools, growing a relevant customer database and converting it into business opportunities and sales transactions, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding client service, coaching and mentoring sales team.

 

  • You will deliver the boutique’s HJ target and support the team to achieve their individual HJ targets
  • You will build the boutique and teams action plans to reach team & individual sales targets
  • You will proactively identify commercial opportunities, business development areas (ie through networking, propose client activations) in HJ/high end, and drives organic growth across the area 
  • You will actively seek untapped potential to support boutique in developing High Jewelry and High end business
  • You will collaborate closely with Marketing team to share upcoming sales opportunities, curate assortment  and offer feedback about ongoing client presentations
  • You will support & coach the team in building  long term client strategy to develop HJ – including diversifying client pool, networking, identifying prospects, engaging and retaining existing HJ clients
